Live from the Death Bed – No Matter How Far Away
Check out this article by a Palliative Care nurse who listened to many people discuss their regrets while they were on their death bed:

In light of helping you not have regrets about working too much, not connecting with friends and like-minded beings, and about not finding out who you truly are inside and living from that place, I’m making a special offer to sign up for the 12 Week Yoga Challenge, and putting the remaining spots on sale, for the next 48 hours only.
At the end of my life, I want to know that I didn’t collapse in my efforts to help people make good choices and to bring the most important things to the forefront – those things that really matter to us, but for which we always feel there will be some other day to come.
The 12 Week Yoga Challenge Begins January 16, 17 & 19, and you can sign up for each class by going to my online store:

AND to share with your friends who would like to have a risk-free opportunity to get to know me and some valuable insights about using yoga to stay on track with innermost desires, I’m offering this guidance, starting with a FreeTeleseminar Yoga Training.
Sign Up for the Free Tele-Seminar January 29
So you can Take a Stand that Sticks; Worry Less and Adapt More; Shift to a Self-Spa Lifestyle Health Plan that includes improving the quality of your sleep, as one of five strategies to come over the year as free online training that can be downloaded for 30 days post events, or attended LIVE TIME on January 29 & April 1 to start.
Life has very often asked me for less than relaxing opportunities to adapt. And at some point I learned to stop “falling,” and began to experience more buoyancy, more weightlessness & fluidity- like nothing could actually take me down. Every time “I” rise to the surface it becomes easier to remember that that is happening, even if in slow motion.
In my best moments I realize the play of this. And it opens me to the vulnerability about and gratitude for all that it is to be alive and human for each one of us. This makes me hug closely with love the yoga that always makes its way into my daily living ritual.
And I wish that for you as well.
